Product Availability & Credit
Product supply is subject to availability and acceptance of the PO by NeuroRegenX. NeuroRegenX reserves the right to refuse orders from dealers with poor credit or outstanding payments.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final—no refunds or exchanges. Dealers must inspect products upon receipt and report any discrepancies or damages within three (3) working days. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturer defects or incorrect shipments. Return shipping costs will be borne by the dealer unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Order Acknowledgement
Dealers must sign and return a copy of the Delivery Order (“DO”) upon receiving goods. Failure to do so may result in suspension of future orders.
Pricing and Territory
Products must be marketed and sold within the designated territory at prices recommended by NeuroRegenX. Dealers must not manufacture, import, promote, or distribute any competing or similar products within their territory.
Exclusivity & Distribution
Dealers are authorized to purchase products solely from NeuroRegenX and must not engage in parallel importation. Distribution rights are limited to the designated territory and do not permit online or social media sales without prior written authorization from NeuroRegenX.
Brand Integrity
Dealers are prohibited from rebranding, repackaging, or modifying products. NeuroRegenX reserves the right to improve or modify products without prior notice and will inform dealers promptly.
Customer Education
Dealers must ensure customers are educated on proper product use following manufacturer guidelines. NeuroRegenX disclaims any liability for misuse or misadministration of products.
Compliance with Company Policies
By signing the dealership appointment, dealers agree to comply with the NeuroRegenX ‘Code of Conduct’ and ‘Right of Usage’ policies as published on our website.
Non-Transferability
Dealership rights cannot be mortgaged, assigned, or transferred to third parties without NeuroRegenX’s written consent. NeuroRegenX reserves the right to assign its rights or obligations to related entities or third parties.
Right to Revoke
NeuroRegenX reserves the right to revoke dealership status at any time with reasonable cause.
Marketing Materials
Any marketing materials created by dealers (not provided by NeuroRegenX) must receive prior written approval before publication.
