Rights of Usage
Brand Trademarks & Intellectual Property
All content provided through NeuroRegenX’s sales, marketing, and educational materials is protected by intellectual property laws and is intended solely for authorized use in support of our brand, products, and services. Use beyond these specified purposes is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted and signed by both parties.
Authorized Use & Limitations
By accessing or using NeuroRegenX materials, you agree to the following conditions:

CODE OF Conduct. NeuroREgenX Business Partner Code of Conduct
Introduction
As a valued business partner of LTD or any of its subsidiaries , you are required to comply with this Business Partner Code of Conduct (“Code”). This Code establishes the minimum standards of business conduct and ethical practices expected of you, your employees, sub-agents, dealers, and medical consultants (collectively, “Business Partner”) in building a long-term, trusted relationship with. This includes all activities related to marketing, remarketing (reselling), or any involvement in opportunities resulting in the sale of products or services provided by, including NeuroREgenX (“Activities”).
Compliance with this Code goes beyond mere observation. It requires conducting business with integrity and fulfilling your ethical responsibilities. By adopting this Code, we acknowledge your essential role in safeguarding the most valuable collective asset—trust—placed in and its partners by clients, investors, colleagues, and communities.
In addition to this Code, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your business operations wherever conducted. You are also required to maintain a written company code of ethics and conduct that, at minimum, incorporates this Code’s principles alongside relevant legal requirements.
Given the dynamic nature of our industry and markets, evolving regulations and ethical standards may arise. You must uphold the highest ethical principles in all business activities and avoid any conduct that violates this Code, applicable laws, or general ethical standards. This Code is not legal advice; consult your legal counsel regarding compliance obligations.

Financial Integrity and Accounting
Accurate and truthful financial and business records are vital. You must not engage in any conduct that results in false or misleading financial information being conveyed to MF3 or its network. All reports and submissions to MF3—such as orders, sales data, stock requests, rebates, and reimbursements—must be complete and accurate.
Solicitation of MF3 Employees
You agree not to solicit or engage employees, directly or indirectly, for confidential information or to induce employment opportunities within your organization or affiliates.
Antitrust and Competition Laws
Antitrust and Competition Laws
Upholds all relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption and expect the same from you.
You must not offer or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper business amenities intended to influence decision-making. Any hospitality or gifts provided must be appropriate, reasonable, and aligned with legitimate business activities.
You are required to adopt and enforce anti-corruption policies equivalent to standards.
Competing Fairly
Professional Leadership
You must uphold the reputation of and NeuroREgenX by conducting business ethically and professionally. Treat all individuals with respect and refrain from disparaging comments about, its brands, competitors, or partners.
Report any unethical conduct by other distributors or dealers to with substantiated evidence.
Medical Conferences and Professional Meetings
Intellectual Property
Protect intellectual property rights, including trademarks and confidential information. Unauthorized reproduction or disclosure is prohibited. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
When marketing directly, provide customers with appropriate materials and product terms to form enforceable agreements
Respect and Dignity
Maintain a workplace free from coercion, discrimination, and harassment.
Online Sales and Social Media
Marketing to Other Resellers (Remarketers)
Ensure that any resellers or agents under your oversight who are not contracted directly with comply with this Code, receive adequate training, and do not misrepresent products or services. You bear full responsibility for their conduct.
