Recommended intake & routine

1 month course (preventive & maintenance) – long term

2nd 10 days to accelerate the skin healing process and strengthen the skin barrier: Spray evenly after using cleanser.
3rd 10 days to promote cellular renewal, skin health and complete wellness: 1 softgel of MCE Evolution, 30 minutes before meal.
