NeuroRegenX Dealership Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are to be read together with your Letter of Appointment as an Authorized Dealer.
Authorized Dealer Scope
All Authorized Dealers (including Beauticians, Medically Trained Doctors, Spa & Wellness Providers, and Pharmacists) must operate strictly within the approved business scope as defined by NeuroRegenX. Any dealership activity outside the approved business scope will result in immediate termination.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments within Malaysia and Singapore are complimentary and typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Minimum Monthly Orders
Failure to meet the minimum monthly order requirements for three (3) consecutive months will result in automatic revocation of dealership status without prior notice. Future orders placed through EW Global will be treated as non-dealer orders, subject to non-dealer pricing, quotas, and policies. Placing an order via EW Global constitutes acceptance of these terms, with or without a signed Non-Dealer Appointment Letter.
Customer Service Responsibility
If NeuroRegenX receives complaints regarding a dealer’s failure to respond promptly and adequately to end-consumer inquiries, the dealership will be revoked.
Reinstatement Cooling Period
A dealer wishing to reapply after revocation must observe a mandatory three (3) month cooling-off period. Any orders during this period will be processed under non-dealer pricing and policies, subject to final management approval.
Order Processing
NeuroRegenX will only process orders upon receipt of a complete Purchase Order (PO) submitted via email with all required details. Disputes regarding POs will be resolved at the sole discretion of NeuroRegenX. Verbal orders will not be accepted.
